Power Distribution The power was supplied from an existing Bus Bars system fed from a 630A Fuse Switch, then distributed via a Loadbank & Fuse Boards to the final circuits (including all cable management). Floor sockets were installed in the mezzanine floor so that power can be available were its needed. 110v sockets installed in the maintenance bays.

Lighting Installation The lighting was designed to achieve the clients light levels. We built a control panel that has face mounted switches & test facilities. The aisle lights were installed @ approx. 14mtrs from Mobile Platforms before the racking was erected. The maintenance lights are quick release to minimise downtime when they need attention.

Conveyoring This conveyor wiring was installed working closley with a conveyor design specialist. Including 400v & 24v Drives, E stops, photocells, solenoids and intergration into existing control systems.

Mains Switchgear The cubical switchgear was designed to incorporate Automatic start up & change-over to an exisitng Generator (if mains is lost), Power Factor Correction, future expansion and Sub Main distribution.
